He’s referring to a particular group of MLs from Jiangsu who know and look out for one another. I can safely say most, if not all of them, are service-oriented and worth your money.

I don't think it's that straightforward.

Such comments could set a dangerous precedent for these MLs, and not all customers are goody two-shoes. Those unreasonable and unruly ones who do not get what they want may kick up a fuss and do stuff that sabotages the ML's rice bowl and safety.

The potential snowball effect could be disastrous if not kept in check, IMO.

Haha, I think the last thing any ML wants is for anyone to share openly they got homerun, unless they want to make it a norm. Theres a reason they are ML and not FL.

Imagine every customer trying their luck, they will have their fair share of trouble rejecting, and in turn, make some unhappy

So those braggers, fakers, are doing a disservice to their MLs
