Bro, where is Ha Trung? I checked google map, is it Ha Trung Store near the Thien Quang lake? If it is, it is half an hour walk from my hotel.

Also by town you mean any phone shops outside airport area e.g. shopping centres?

It is spelt as Hoan Kiem Lake, or Ho Hoan Kiem ("Ho" means lake in viet).

Reached hotel, pick up the phone and call. Phone number can be found using Uncle Google. BTW u need to enter the right "word" to have a proper search.

Go to the recept, ask her/him to call for u. If they refuse then u are desperate, go n buy a sim card. If no sim card, take a taxi to the location. If no taxi, then stay in hotel n rest.
