Actually you're mistaken. Those JS girls who advertise 2 shots, always, and I mean always deliver on that promise. I never had any of those girls show any reluctance in the least.

Kind of standard if you want two shots you have to tell them early. One shot then massage to recover then second shot.

Pretty standard SOP for customer to inform.

Logic being unlimited shots, the ML will be tugging your tool for 1 hour. :D
