I had an interesting encounter when using sms / WhatsApp.

10pm - use sms make booking for next day 11am (ML no reply)
1030pm - use WA try again (ML replied within 30mins and lock in booking)
930am - I wake up happily want to go for my appt, switch on cheong hp and read WA. ML screenshot my sms and scold me ‘don’t try to be funny’ and blacklist me.

Left me high and dry that day, but thankfully she didn’t 黑拼 my database record. Phew
