Have been to Hanoi a couple of times and my last trip was about 2 months back. I stay near the Old Quarter and there are really a lot of massage places everywhere. Problem is a lot of them use young girls outside to entice you in then once you go in, its older ladies servicing you.

I have tried Sen Spa (quite atas with good pricing), massage is superb and no service. Went to Hanoi two weeks ago.
Visited two SPAs.There are a lot of these SPAS in Hanoi a good selection can be found here {external link not allowed - edited by mod}

Anyways I went for XUKA and NEKO. Xuka was not on the list but I read some reports before.

1) XUKA SPA. You come in and the captain will ask for which massage and which room you want to have. Then you will be guided to a massage room and have to wait a bit until the girl comes.Unfortunately it was not possible to choose the girl and the captain was asking for a tip to choose nice girl.... The massage room had a small steam room, jakuzzi and a large bed. When the girl comes, she switch on the steam and you will be guided in the steam room, not sit and sweat.... I did a lot of homework prior to going to Hanoi last week, and lo and behind I did find a FJ shop.
