My advise is not to fall into the trap of this massage scam. If you want to get a proper massage, go to a proper massage parlour. If you ever want to get a massage lady online, be very sure and clear the cost of it.

no. No point knowing all costs because, a) massage girls have no bar fine crap (bar fine is not legal .. ) and b) if you are not street smart, you still will be set up.

And 10k is lot of money to lose. 12500 peso pay day. Good Lord ...

and do everybody a favor and publish who it was or what agency it was.

In 99% of these scams the perpetrators are the law enforcers themselves.
Dun be too eager to go to the police should you encounter any problems.
Try to resolve it yourself if possible. If cannot be resolve, next seek assistance from your hotel management. Most reputable hotels will render assistance to their guests. Finally if you really need to involve the police, please inform your embassy / consulate BEFORE going to the police.
