This is not fair. You may have a good experience. It does not mean others should blame themselves when they don't.

A good ML should have an acceptable level of service regardless of the customer's physical attributes. The exceptions are if the customer was verbally or physically abusive.

I would not jump to a conclusion if I didn't know the facts of the case.

Just to be clear, I haven't tried KK myself.
