Hi all,

This qn would most probably seems stupid to u guys, especially if u see that i've been ard for 7 years.

Question: Why is it that my reputation power is 8 but i can only up/zap ppl by mere 4 points? Isn't reputation power points suppose to be the number of points u can up/zap ppl?

My guess only: Recently, the system server has undergo an upgrade on hardware. Perhap boss will very very busy with pre-upgrade preparation and post-upgrade testing.

If my guess is true, then boss will kiv our feedbacks.

Hopefully i didn't guess correctly, if not i will buy big 4D
