Well, reviews are still for general reference. I always treat them as opinions and sometimes go for my gut feel.

Some MLs have consistent performance but not much feel, some gives a really good experience. If you got the massage on a good mood day, it will be better and not so much on a bad mood day.

You can't expect a ML to give 100% for every customer, when most of us who work doesn't even give 100% for work as well. Regular customers does get a little more than new ones, frequent visits does let you develop more familiarity and good feel, same as you will get a bit more veges at your favorite vege rice stall. :p

So to say, customer A and customer B would have a different experience with the same ML. But that's the fun of the experience. :D

Just go try, if the experience and feel is good then RTM, else don't. Simple as that. We all had our share of bad experiences along the way.
