I have been thinking about this question over the past week due to some targets I a working on.

My verdict is a firm MILF.
There are older women who are still attractive/sexy and they are much more receptive to sex and better in bed as well.
Maybe it is because of my age (43), I find the conversation with MILF are more interesting and wide ranging.

SYT on the other hand, you got to spend much more effort/time and I think it is just not worth it.
I would still target SYT because I do like them, but if I couldn't get a quick hit, I will cut loss and move on.
