i've asked (not too seriously though) at a couple of thai houses
and the OKT replies as long as you pay
and where the girls overheard, they started giggling...

i suppose, if you ever manage to find a house where the OKT and girls are ok
like a lot of 3some actions, allow your chosen girl to pick her partner, this way at least you know the girls are comfortable with each other, in turn providing you with better service...
