Dating an SQ stewardess
 

I recently met an 18 year old SQ stewardess on a regional flight.
We exchanged contacts and have been chatting.
What perturbs me is that she takes 24-30 hours to answer her messages, and even then in a 5 minute window.
Her whatsapp status is Online and she seems to be ignoring the messages.
She's frank that she's doing it for the money. She just joined SQ 7 months ago.
I've got advice from friends, some recommend abandoning ship...
Others say to wait it out and see what happens as she is young...
Opinions?

It will be more profitable for you to move on. Likely she has other interests, like SQ pilots... intense shopping trips..... the age gap between the two of you may be also a problem .... just my two cents worth...

have you even started dating her yet since you mention that you have been chatting.

her phone says she's online but she may be sleeping or resting because she arrive at or came back from a different time zone.

who doesn't work for the money. with SQ, the bonus is that they get to visit other countries for free but they have to pay their way to see attractions just like any other tourist. i've got two cousins who are in SQ so i understand their insights and thinking.

good things must be patient. if you feel your time is more precious then move on.

Not yet.
Was arranging a date but even getting her to agree on what to eat needed a 24 hour response.
Rather lukewarm...
She's on short-haul flights only....

If you get the feeling that she's too tardy in maintaining contact with you then I suggest you cut her loose. Because otherwise you'll feel more and more unhappy at her in the long run for making you feel like you're putting in more effort into things between you two than she is.

She doesn't sound like she is into you. There is no point adopting a benefit of the doubt mentality. If she can't even give you an answer promptly for an outing, I will just move on. It's a simple yes, no or it depends on something happening. Some clarification would go a long way. She is just hanging you, no go in my book.

I have a few relationships with SQ cabin crews..

Please don't get into it if you don't trust any of them, your life will be miserable because you'll be wondering 2hat they are doing in another country, who they met, if another guy pass her number..
