There is one bro suggested that, for each trick listed in the thread the ML performs, we pay her $10. After ten tricks, she will earn the entire $100. This seems to be a good idea which should be endorsed.

That's the reason I will avoid these kinda angpai most of the time. I rather visit some second-liners who are usually friendlier and less attitude. Of course, there are more hardcore actions I can perform with these second-liners, which these angpai usually keeps for the rich and handsome bros or their sugar daddies.
