I think S$3 is expensive, given the photo shown, it is more like a coffeeshop eateries than a restaurant. Lets said for a tourist without those economy knowledge like me, compare singapore coffeeshop dimsum if u can buy it at S$3 per bowl, it cost the same S$3 in vietnam same environment, i see it as expensive. If i will to pay the same price in vietnam higher end restaurant, i will see it as cheap.
