For me rule is simple: if she look under age, forget it.
As for foreign FLs, none of them will want to show their passport, and get suspicious, if you ask. they will think you are a cop or, as most girl find out late- you are a scammer.
Yes, a lot of guys scam the Foreign FLs.
Even recently one of the FL I met in a bar complained a guy arranged to meet and then claimed to be from police and took 300 $ from her
And I know she was not lying.
