...the city tourism agency issued a 2006 directive on operation times of entertainment venues during Ramadhan from the 2004 Tourism Bylaw, which was passwd on Aug. 11.
The bylaw Stipulates that nightclubs, discos, massage parlors and sauna centers, except those in start-rated hotels, must be closed a day before Ramadhan, the first day of Ramadham, the Joran Revelation Day, which usualyy falls on the 17th day of the holy month, the last day of Ramadhan and during and after the Idul Fitri holiday.
Karaoke lounges and live music shows are allowed to operate from 8:30 p.m to 1:30 a.m. during the month.....
