This is definitely a strange strategy. For first-timer, u offered free FJ on 1st visit and subsequent visit no more, they will most likely won’t return if their intention is only for the free extra. If u say offer extras to sub-regulars to entice them to be loyal regular customers still more viable I think. 🤔
