simple calculation...if you dun up daily 2 ups then you will need longer than 1.5yrs to return 2nd time ups...knowing that every 24 hrs the points be re-charged...so you expect 2nd ups but you cannot return yet...
frankly I knew a whole list of ppl who cannot up 2nd time...
