Normal circumstances, if didn't rmb wrongly, you have to buy air ticket for her, within 2 weeks from cancelling her work permit
If she wants to go back 25th May, you will have to minus 2 weeks to get the earliest date possible for cancelling her work permit
But with CB and extended CB, dunno if still the same or not
Best is to call MOM to clarify, given the covid situation now, things may have changed, maybe 2 weeks requirements waived?
