If you want to talk commercial terms to decide how much to pay her, then you should use the commercial FL rates .. you wont, right?
No surprise why these maids rather look for banglas than chinese. Chinese are famous for being stingy. Any seasoned maid will tell you that.
If you want to have return sessions with her, you got to do better than that. At least fulfil her basic needs. At $5, you can be sure she's not coming again.

That is why I don't go for seasoned maid nowadays.
I rather spent a little bit more time to look for fresh new arrival, spent my time sweet talking and xian them... then arrange for the first meet up. On the first meeting, shower them with tender, love and care, packed her MacDonald's breakfast and gift her with some heart-shaped chocolate or Roche... The story continue from there as she will be big-headed and 'drown' in her romantic dreams.... then suddenly I turned into Prince Charming in her eyes and whatever I say, the reply will be "you decide, I follow you.."
