Just my opinion.
ML runs their own business.
Its their own business model.
If I have the capability to earn $188 per hr why will I choose to take $100 per hr salary.
So if I not willing to pay, I avoid. Can't stop other consumers who have the luxury to pay or force ML to slash price.

So we just have to find a place that fits our needs and budget. Cheers Bros.
