The reason now why the police is on the ball and catching all those Chinese illegal group is because of the APEC Summit (14-18 NOV) coming up in which china Winnie the pooh, french macaron and maybe Russian pudding is attending.

Seem like there is a deal between the thai and chinese govt on the clean up of the Chinese fugitive in Thailand hence that's why all the kopi money is useless now. even the kingpin is not spared.

so guys please dont take any special medication during this period.

And do take note that a stretch of Ratchadaphisek Road will be closed for public use for five days from November 14-18. And i have a feeling that Top one wont be opening anytime soon until after the summit is over.
