I have some experience in Thailand - found some great girls on Thaifriendly, tinder, just Instagram and just riding in malls restaurants and clubs.... There are some good websites and Line groups for finding sideline girls (mistresses, escorts and sugar babies).

I want them younger and more innocent than your average bar girl. Preferably under 25 and ideally no past bar girl experience.

I don't like Bali or Phuket/Pattaya so much. Rather smaller less touristy beach/island towns or the main cities (Bangkok, Chang Mai).
What about other countries like Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar or Indonesia besides Bali? Any other countries than that in asia worth visiting?
