By the way I think that apartment does not have water heater. I stayed there for 5 nights during the BKK airport closure period. I checked out and upgraded myself to a 4 star hotel for 3 nights with compliments of the Thai government.
Got even cheaper hotel. Some more opposite MBK shopping mall only! It's been years since I stayed there.
