For everyone's benefit, it is at 15 Hang Buom Street.
Hang Buom means "Sails Street". Hang Buom used to have many ethnic Chinese living there. 1979 happened, and they all went away. Long before river reclamation took place there was even a jetty there. There is a small temple which actually has the name of "White Horse Temple" (no, not the SAF type) and it is supposed to be quite good.
On the same street you can find milk powder for children (imported), and a very good local variation of beef steak (deep in an alley). Will need to check the house number though. The first time I ate there, it was 1995. Unforgettable.
