If in pain just buy her the panadol for menstual cramp other then that my advise don't try/say anything funny..
I do not encounter the cramp/pain that often (touch wood) but will feel extremely horny before & during mensus.
Usually i will ask my man to avoid me if i know i am feeling frustrated.
