You still walking it at travel shops for ticketing at GM (rather than direct airline webbies)? Guess for travel shops it's more personalised service and can even offload some from block bookings.

Agreed, going to KC is only at the last resort when most web fares are much higher at that time of travelling and also at the same time to change my bahts.
