In Classic Spa, the damage for long time for local girls is ard 2.1m. I believe if you go earlier, the price would still be the same compared if you go just before they close, so my advise is go earlier then if you want, you can bring the girl to eat,walk around or etc.
I heard from the mama-san that foreign imports is around 3.4m.
