Yes, IMEI doesnt have a tracking system. Blackberry, specfically as an app to track BB mobiles. Apparently cant pin point the location as the it's either off of LOW BATT.

BB - not so bad! My wallet was gone for a few hours!!! AND I LOST ALOT OF $$$$ that I needed! Now im very dead and stress. Sigh. BUT however, I'll be alright.... I think. Just hang around FL dome for awhile, who knows. And you zappers may zap me all you want but that's not gonna stop me from putting this GRIN on my face.
