Hahaha calling the Singapore Embassy in overseas for help. You can wait long long!

Back in 26th Nov 2008 I was stranded in BKK and couldn't catch a flight back home due to the protesters blockade at Suvarnabhumi Airport. During then the China and Phillipines government swiftly activated chartered flights to send its affected citizens home. I though hosay liao can try calling Singapore Embassy in Bangkok for help. The reply was, "I'm sorry Sir the Singapore government has no such plans at this moment." Hahaha what a damn joke!

Calling the MFA Duty Office or Singapore Embassies in overseas for help is like asking Saddam or Gaddafi to surrender themselves! Probably the only scenario where they'll ship you back is in a black body bag via C-130. KNN!

If I'm stuck in the Amazon forest I'd rather spend my entire fortune to activate a private helicopter evacuation than to call +65 6379 8800. Big joke! Maybe MFA Duty Office will tell you. "Sir please sign this invoice of S$357,608 for the helicopter evacuation before we can haul your ass out. Price is inclusive of 7% GST and fuel surcharge. Note: Medisave funds can only be used for outpatient treatment only." Terms and conditions apply. KNN!

If any Singapore bros got into any emergencies because of the current floods and have called the Singapore Embassy in Bangkok for assistance. I'd like to hear from you what's their reply.
