If u want to go see Mp,then no need to send in a new application cos your Mp will send a appeal letter through e mail to them.
I dont think putting your BX as pregnant will have any effect on her application or increase the chances of her getting PR cos they will base on the husband ability in term of finance.But is up to u if u want to try base on this
