Mandy arrived at the bus stop near MRT station which was the designated pick up and drop off point for chartered buses to and fro JTC industrial estates. When she get on to the buses , she saw many workers wearing blue uniform which state Servon Int. There are a few mens who dont look local, some women are aged 40 above, and some in OL suite meaning they are office workers.

40 mins later, bus reached JTC industrial estate and she was ushered to Director office by HR manager. Denise Fong then briefed Mandy of the responisiblity and her immediate supervisor is Alan Tang , Biz Development Manager. He shook hand with her despite her uneasiness about the fact that man is the immediate superior of lingerie chain.

Alan Tang show her the work table, large and spacious with large exec chair.
He briefed her the operation nature and then introduce biz development colleagues, Angel, Olivia, and Benjamin.

HR manager, Janice Ng, showed Mandy around the office and introduced her to other like clerk, Logistics Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager, Sales Manager...

Then HR manager brought her to 2nd level workshop, where she can see male and female packers in uniform folding lingeries and pack them into boxes, for stores, export to Malaysia, China...etc..

Then she was shown 1st level where loading and unloading of boxes into lorry driven by men and that delivery supervisor was elderly man who look like lecher.

Then Janice and Mandy walked all the way up to 3rd level office where Mandy do work under guidance by her colleagues from Biz Development.

She read emails forwarded to her by her immediate boss , CCed to Sales, Director..Then she was given a file to go thru. She learnt about suppliers (Aubade, Simone Pierre, Lejaby, and Chantelle...) and customers ( Robinsons, CK Tang,etc. as well as franische stores..)

She was responisible for facebook postings, and work with Servon Angels to increase sales, ensure that they are enough supply for overseas markets ,and local markets , in case not enough, liaise with French lingerie makers to send shipment and making telegraphic transfer to them in Euros.. and other projects given by Director.

As she went thru the client file via computer database, she notice something- Lovers Escort Service , and some other escort agencies. She began to ask Alan about these customers. Alan admitted that Servon had dealings with those escort agencies to supply these lingeries for European escorts. She felt that company should do away with those clients. Alan explained in business, money talk and what those customers do with products is none of Servon business as they make a lot of money from those customers.

Alan wanted her to learn so he made her liaise with one customer named Desmond who wanted to buy lingeries for his gf. At first , he wanted 4 bra sets at one go, one of his staffs responded by said total would be $1200.. then he said he wanted only one.
Denise felt thats unacceptable therefore she interacted with him to purschase 4 sets. He never response. Therefore Mandy had to get in touch with him to get him to buy..

(it is based on my true encounter with Cxxxe International, who persisted in making me buy via email.. which resulted in me buying 4 sets eventually- one mth, 1 set plus free membership card)
