hahhaha, same here. Been in Vietnam for a decade, but my TV sucks big time. Can understand what they say, can read newspaper, but cannot speak well. Its funny leh, those with no viet wife can speak well, those with viet wife cannot speak TV well.... Maybe we have our wife to translate for us, so we become lazy.
