Congrats on your baby girl ah. 1 month after submission is not bad. I wonder if your baby is a boy, will the approval be faster than 1 month? Boys can serve NS, SG govt surely more eager. At 21, she must choose between being Vietnamese or Singaporean right? If the Singaporean parent is the mum instead of the dad, I think the baby girl might not be given Singaporean citizenship as easily.

If I'm right, he can choose between being American or Singaporean at age 21 but he must come back to serve NS first at age 18.
