I agree with this. I use this same technique.
Used to do multiple shots in one night, up to 5 or 6 shots, but its too exhausting. After mastering full control over my PC muscle, i dont need to do multiple shots anymore. Just one shot, but I prolong it over a few hours of love-making, 2-3 hours without ejaculating. Take a short coffee break or toilet break and continue 2nd round, still without ejaculating.
