In short, for the past few months I have tried a few places near the central (cbd) MRT stations.
Generally, OT is high risk and chop head, won't return. The other areas are ok for HJ or BM, but not all will do BJ or FJ. Most are cautious of AV.
One particularly nice one near Chinese makan place in cbd near MRT has nice massage by a few 30-yr girls, with hj, this is my default place for a quick one. M+HJ+BM for 130-150.
Another location has many spas on one road just east of cbd, M+HJ for 120. Also a few 25 to 30-yr girls. A bit further from my space and parking is difficult.
