Taxi goes by meter and meter, the distance traveled (unless tampered) so what is the different between 1st flr, 2nd flr or 50 flr other than 50thb additional charge??
BTW as mentioned before, sukhum is 1 of the longest road in Thailand
take an example, u can drive from BKK to Pattaya using sukhum. U can reach asoke sukhum at about 250-350.
