Dont worry some people here their english vocabulary is limited. Also could not articulate well. Guess also old >40 yrs old eye sight getting bad and maybe also facing penis erection issue. All these factors make him frustrated plus poor articulation skills ..... this is the result.
Best to take pity and ignore.
