These ladies are in fact there to gamble, but not with their Money, with yours instead.
This is how they do. They have chips with them, they walk about looking at gamblers whom are winning at the table, and they will come to you and ask for permission to join or follow you saying you very lucky and such.
They will then befriend you and slowly they will start you gaming more and more, next thing is that they would stop playing and just be encouraging you to play higher stake.
