Actually teacher in civil service quite stable. But too bad nowadays they are no longer under pension scheme. U can still cheong lah. June and Dec long holidays. 5 days week. Ok lah. But the stress level very siong.

Don't think holidays means Teachers also off work.. walao got meeting lah, CCA, self development, etc etc..

Plus you need to work with your class genuinely AND your peers AND you must be able to play politics in school..

The pay is awesome I guess but definitely not so for the level of professionalism you need to portray..
